Our Vision

Hardware Warehouse aims to be the low cost building material retailer of choice in selected markets. In order to implement its expansion strategy, the company will leverage its unique knowledge and experience of its target market and proven business model to roll out new stores within Southern Africa. It will also seek to broaden its store base into selected, under-serviced urban areas of South Africa, where higher margins can be achieved.
